Personality: Whiskey Star is laid back, friendly and kind. He has self worth issues, and drinks a little too much. He is very accepting of others, but can’t seem to accept himself. He often over thinks things.
ENFP

Whiskey Star grew up in a very traditional house hold. His parents repeated over and over again the importance of family values, patriotism and hard working. He often herd his parents bashing gay couples for being “unnatural” and “unholy”, which lead him to have tons of internalised homophobia and hate towards himself later in life. He often felt as if his parents cared more about their work than him, and a lot of times he felt useless and neglected because of this. He has always wanted to branch out and blaze his own path, but knows his parents would never accept him if he did. He thought he’d be forever stuck doing the same repetitive tasks at his parents bar over and over again. At least until he met Snowstorm (The FtM Trans prince of the Crystal Empire)

He met him when Snow was walking around the street looking upset. Whiskey offered to make Snow feel better, and Snow accepted. Whiskey Star lead him into his mother’s shop, and they drank and chatted for a while. Whiskey had never seen an alicorn without having to bow before, never mind sharing jokes with one. He became very close friends with Snowstorm, and began to care very much about him. He saw hope in Snow, he saw an opportunity for himself to get away from his parents. Although he often feels as if he isn’t “worthy” enough to be friends with the prince.

Fun Facts:

1. He is really really good at mixing drinks. He can make the most exquisite of cocktails and ponies visit him frequently to taste them. He also makes the beautiful, using different colours and fruit, even ice shaped like stars to decorate his creations.
2. He often draws stallions in uh…… explicit positions. In vigorous detail. He is very good at it. He has a whole sketchbook of these drawings. He keeps this secret, scared that his parents will find out. He’d get one hell of a beating if they did.
3. Whiskey has been attracted to stallions for as long as he remembers. He hasn’t told anyone this, other than Snowstorm. He came out as gay to Snow a little while after Snow came out as a trans guy.
4. Whiskey is very talented at drawing. He secretly sells some of his art, and make a little bit of pocket money for drinks from it. His parents don’t know, but they would most likely disapprove of his interest.

Relationships:

Whiskey Star doesn’t have the best relationship with his parents. He is very paranoid that they will find out about his homosexuality. They are very strict and traditional, and though they do love him, they just don’t know how outside of providing for him and teaching him what they feel is important. They are trying, but their backwards outlook on life often makes Whiskey feel unloved.

Whiskey’s best friend in the world is Snowstorm. Snow gives Whiskey hope for the future, and in turn Whiskey is often the only one who Snow can depend on in the toughest of times. The two are very close, and can tell each other anything. Both often fell unworthy and have low self esteem, and can relate to each other in that.
