Yes, but dragons breathe fire. That has to be coming from somewhere inside them, hence my use of ‘furnace’.
That and given that dragons are reptiles, it might be they’re more closely related to birds (like crocodiles) than lizards. And birds can usually handle cold temperatures fairly well.
EDIT: I have to admit, I kind of agree with Garble’s attitude when the real cold and snow and long nights come. I always love to see Spring come.
