Raids never died from 4chan, they just became less blatant.

There has since been a rule against raiding enacted on 4chan, which has been in place for a long time.  
The times of vote tampering on 4chan are long gone, and even if they weren’t it still wouldn’t be an excuse to stoop down to that level.
