Twilight has a bigger barrel than Celestia.
Older Twilight’s anatomy looks less wonky… I think they didn’t have the original base for Celestia’s build anymore so they had to rebuilt from scratch and probably updated it a bit.
Still they use same vector model so is a basic recolor with small diffrent things, rip

Twilight’s mane looks majorly unbalanced compared to her body with the Celestia recolor.
Believe me, it’ll be a bit worse when the episode airs here in Brazil. Twilight’s VA here sounds like a 13-year-old! BUT at least she improved in recent seasons, probably due to age (she probably was 15 or 16 when she started voicing Twi, in 2010/2011).

In my opinion, character size is also a factor; Not just age.
She is just taller. She didn’t age.
She does look quite nice. However, I feel all of Twilight Sparkle’s new appearance is ruined by her voice not being even the slightest bit deeper.
Like the twilight of dawn or dusk.
