Friendship is a two way road, so I digress about she understanding it.
She wanted allies, not friends, and allies themselves are also hard to keep happy unless you give them something in exchange.

Cozy flat out can’t understand friendship, or her unability to care about it means she’s actually unable to use it. She has no friends, anyone would abandon her the moment anything better appears.

Sunset simply was content with small allies and “divide and conquer” tactics. She pretended to be affable but she didn’t try to make friends per se and didn’t really care.

Celestia and Luna couldn’t bring the magic back alright…but by sheer presence I think people would rather side with Celestia over Cozy for virtually anything non magical…like basic leadership for example.

maybe she knows how it works, yet seems to NOT care of the true meaning of it, she took advantage of everyone’s trust, and have them follow her without question, plus Starlight was tricked by her and Twilight and the mane 5 were walking into a trap set by her and Tirek, so yeah like Sunset she took it all for herself, and as a result: she become dishonest with it.

also Celestia and her sister couldn’t do anything when it happened.

Yeah.
But the point is, Cozy’s idea of friendship seems to be more in line with people becoming bootlickers (which then it means is not real friendship) and even using nasty words with the student 6 assuming they have a hard time with friendship (nevermind the fact they interact with each other without any nasty hidden reason is actual friendship) and then she took over the school less because she endeared herself to others and more because Neighsay had a en easy time pissing off other people and because Twilight and Starlight were unavailable they simply accepted Cozy’s leadership because no one else seems to take charge (so she herself is not friends with anyone but rather her power depended in others simply having no one else at the time).

Has Celestia merely appeared on time, no one would have followed Cozy. Has Twilight simply escaped earlier from Tartarus then Cozy would have been exposed.

Cozy sees friendship as power but has no idea how friendship works at all.

and how uranium is treated as bombs more then being used as an element of clean energy (more cleaner then coal and oil), it’s no wonder it’s making people corrupt with power rather then use it the way it should be in nuclear energy as a whole.

In fact friendship IS power. Problem is…she’s terrible understanding what said power requires or how it works.

Is like people wanting to make a nuke by adding random uranium into a bomb and assuming that’ll suffice, nevermind they don’t even know HOW nukes works to begin with. Cozy Glow thinks friendship is power…and for some reason that somehow means “people should adore me so I become powerful” even though that’s not how friendship works at all.
