Are you kidding? The comic version was way better. Sombra of the Comics simply had greater feats. Defeating the princesses, the mane 6 and Cadance and reforming of his own choice. Sombra of season 9 was this goofy, cheesy, lame bad guy who cannot even set a decent trap. That crystal thing which he trapped the mane 6 literally had a huge hole where the mane 6 could squeeze/fly out of.

I never said that. I simply stated that you weren’t pay atttetion. It’s clear in the previous comment since it all about you assuming I was defending season nine. Which in fact multiple times I states season nine as bad, never once do I say it was good.
 
Next up you clamim you are the only one here saying that show Sombra is wasted potinail. If you had been paying attention you would need to say that, because I already agreed on that term. He is wasted, but doesn’t mean the comic version is better. If anything it proves the comic version is worse since it attempt wasn’t wasted, just flat out failed. The reason the show version was wasted was because season three and the cameo in season five had built so much for the character and season nine used him purely as a plot point, not badly, but in the grand scheme of things just a point on the graph, a neccasity and nothing more. That’s why is wasted.
 
The comic version could never be considered wasted product since he was already shit from the beginning. Every attempted IDW took with Sombra was a failure, whether it was the poorly thought out alternate Sombra that strangely had a thing for Celestia, the crybaby who had to be told what to do, or the adult emo who only listen to his wifeu. There was never any consistence with each version so when fans so a new comic based on there was no hype, no impress, nothing to be wasted. he’s certainly bad for many reasons, but I will agree he wasn’t wasted.
 
However Show Sombra is still a far better character despite being wasted material. He’s is highly active, needs no controlling present and is very consistent. This is how you make a good character. Comic Sombra simply can’t be better just because he wasn’t wasted, he worst because there is nothing there to use or in this case waste.
 
That’s as far as I can go. If you still can’t see what I’m saying I can’t help you. I can take criticism any time, but there is none that you can give when you refuse to read what I say. All you do is bash, complain, and make excuses. There is no defense or criticism to be heard. You literally spent half a page complaining about my choice in words assuming I was spelling them wrong while I was actively moving against each of attempts to fight back.
 
Then you state that I write too much, that should be far more than enough to show you don’t care to pay attention to anything. Because if my comments are too long, you haven’t seen nothing from the far bigger accounts on this site. I’m a small fry, my comments are mere sentences to them. And yet you are complaining about my length.

Oh, wow. I have no idea where the heck he got the idea I was defending season 9. Seriously, I was stating Discord plan as stupid multiple times. There are other things that also got wrong, like Cozy Glow being “just” a kid as well as comic Sombra’s “high” power, but considering the Mods had to be pulled in, I’ll leave it at that. Even though it’s still clear even know he wasn’t pay attention to a single thing I was saying.

Comic Sombra was on par with Vader and Sauron in terms of epicness. Show Sombra is just pony Adam Taurus, wasted potential. As stated many times already, Comic Sombra did not do nothing, being the only villain who has defeat all four princesses. Tirek and Discord do not count because they never defeated Twilight. Chrysalis does not count because her minions did most of the work for her and she got wrecked by Luna in the comics.
 
Radiant Hope should have had a cooler design, maybe make her a little taller with a more Luna-like look. Give her a more serious expression on her face. And have her have a lot more fight scenes with her gaining the upper hand on Twilight and her friends alone. She was powerful enough to heal Sombra all by herself in a short amount of time for crying out loud. Something that would have taken Sombra himself a much longer time. Iron Will, Lightening Dust and Flim and Flam could have a bigger part as well.
 
Starlight could have been written much better. She was reformed too easily given the severity if her crimes. Holding a whole village hostage and ruining the dreams of others for selfish reasons is just plain low. If they want to reform her, they should have made Sunburst or her dad the one to talk sense into her instead of Twilight. It would have made more sense.
 
Discord as Grogar was stupid. They made Discord too overpowered to the point where it made the other villains look weak and helpless. You are not supposed to make your villains look weak and helpless. Look at villains like Sauron and Palpatine. It took teamwork to beat them but they still looked powerful. Season 9’s climax was literally as lame as having the armies of middle earth beating the three stooges. People love John de Lancie, I get it, but this is just ridiculous.
 
Cozy Glow is just a kid. If they could reform Starlight, they could reform her. They did not even give Cozy Glow a motive behind her actions. I did not like how they made her an impatient bumbling idiot during Season 9. She was the child prodigy who nearly destroyed all the magic of Equestria.
 
Season 9 made Chrysalis look silly. Its totally unlike her usual ruthless and cunning self. Why is she hiding in the forest when she could easily disguise  
herself as a regular pony and blend in with the crowd? When did she love normal food? Didn’t she throw Applejack’s muffins into the bin?
 
Tirek was made to look like a Johnny Bravo like muscle head. Am I to believe this is the same Tirek who betrayed and defeated Discord? He was so easily scared by that Bull-snake monster when he could use his magic to blast it away.
 
Speaking of Tirek, how come we never got Scorpan? I was so eager to see what they would do with Scorpan. Big opportunity wasted.
 
They should have reformed Garble earlier and have him team with Starlight, Trixie and Thorax, maybe with Gilda too.
 
They did absolutely nothing with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon after their reformation.
 
Admit it, Season 9 was M. Night Shyamalan levels of stupid.

Of course. Everytime we tell you something sensible its an “excuse”. Everytime you give us an excuse its “sensible”. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. I have already showed you that Comic Sombra defeated all four alicorn princesses plus the mane 6 and Shining Armor. Show Sombra on the other hand was defeated by all of them plus Discord. Comic Sombra had a relatable backstory and a more complex personality, Show Sombra was pony Gaston. I can only agree with you that Sombra and Hope could have been written much better. Other than that you are whining like a small boy.

Huh, sorry if it seem like I was accusing them of bashing Sombra. Really, they started with random insult at literally anything, I’m not really sure where they were aiming them at. But insults don’t help any form of argument, no matter how bigger or how small. The mere fact they decided to stop defend Sombra and throw insult, even bad insults clearly shows they aren’t here to help any version of Sombra.
 
They could at least bring forth some good thing that Comic Sombra did and not hide behind blaming and excusing mistakes. I’ve accepted that the show Sombra is badly written, but I will not sit by as they state some how an poorer version of him is better when it’s not. Any writer worth their salt knows that turning a active character into a passive character is pointless, especially when the next writer shows up and reverse the passiveness. Therefore, being pointless shows the comic version will always be worse.
 
We don’t cheer for Starlight’s evilness because she did nothing during season five. We cheered because she was actively moving during season five. Sure she was barely on screen, but at least she was doing something. The same thing with Trixie, rarely seen between her first appearance and return then disappearance and again later reformation, a great character. Discord had a single two parter to his name and then was reformed in a single episode and stood out for several seasons as the best character all the way up until the stupid series finale.
 
All these characters were active and reformed. Kept their fun character nature after the reformation. Show Sombra is active, he’s consitant and he’s a fun character. Comic Sombra is inconsistent, is a very very passive character and completely different character after reformation.

Nope, not once. Every comment you have made was an excuse not a defence. Never once did you use things to prove why Comic Sombra is better than show Sombra instead you stated that comic Sombra is good but this and this is stopping me from seeing that. That’s not prove, that is excuse after excuse, not facts, not proof.
 
Meanwhile I’ve shown everything about show Sombra, both good and bad and shown why he is better.
