I don't see why you continue to ignore what I'm saying :/
I'm not saying she's a little girl she's one of the older ponies of the 6 and canonically confirmed to be older than Pinkie. She's simply portrayed as being younger by exaggerating her shy and innocent tendencies, which you guess it, are attributed to youth.
