Ironically, the finale is probably going to air on 9Go in Australia, which isn’t even listed here, rather than Boomerang.

it’s just a prediction, they didn’t say to us about if episode 22 will be also released, all they say is episode 21 will be released by august 16th, we may never know if they release it 1 or 2 episodes per week now

To Belgium in Dutch. I don’t think there were any recordings of that initially, and even if there were, it’s unknown whether the subs would come soon. For these reasons it’s the Polish premiere that is better remembered.

The uploader’s intention was probably to include all the channels that released at least one episode world-first (for practical purposes, because technically minimini+ was second by one day, but by the time we found out, the recording was already available).
From what I remember, Germany never released an episode first.
 
Second to what country, exactly? Russia?

The uploader’s intention was probably to include all the channels that released at least one episode world-first (for practical purposes, because technically minimini+ was second by one day, but by the time we found out, the recording was already available).
 
From what I remember, Germany never released an episode first.

Karusel (the network who airs MLP in Russia) apparently will premiere season 9 in September 2. They air the episodes from Monday to Friday and (with the exception of season 7) without hiatuses! So it’s fairly likely the series finale will air there before the USA.

An Australian channel called 9Go! will premiere Season 9 on August 5th and currently scheduled weekdays at 6:30am AEST  
It has a potential to release episode 21 on September 2nd (or 1st if you live on US)
