It depends. There’s no one “canon” explanation for her as far as I’m concerned. Sometimes Applejack just is Tatzljack, sometimes they’re related, sometimes Tatzljack’s a parallel world version of Applejack, and sometimes Tatzljack’s from a foreign country of tatzlponies and she just really looks and acts like Applejack XD

The way tatzlwurms work is they snare ponies, preferably stallions, implant a few eggs in their butt, and then fertilize them. The tentacles anywhere else won’t try to lay eggs but’ll just cum. So Tatzljack was born from Pear Butter 11 months later like a normal pony, while the tatzlwurm eggs hatched a couple weeks later and wriggled out :D
