If you mean "survive the finale" then that's the last hope I have for them as well.

During the show's lifespan it went for me from:

"I hope they get their own episodes."

to

"I hope they get their chance to shine and do something on their own/save the day."

to

"I hope the show will keep the status quo regarding the Sisters and and their role to the end."

and now it's just

"Please let them be alive and well at the end."

I'm going to take a guess and say that the shooting stars mean the Student Six and Celestia and Luna are going to be instrumental in defeating Grogar. If that is the case I have a feeling that the Mane Six might have little to do with the finale.
