A necklace. Some people make necklaces with engagement rings and it seems to be the go-to thing artists do for ponies wearing rings. (Minus unicorns and alicorns who can wear the ring on their horn.)

I’ve seen a similar joke involving the girl shotgunning the champagne glass, at least this seems more reasonable given it’s Pinkie Pie.

after reading the sdescription i just have this mental iage of her getting an ultrasound and her innards look like she robbed a jewelry store and hid the evidence.
