yes hello due to multiple talented artists in a discord channel I’m in influence i have also kinda decided to create a small mlp ‘verse of my own. I’m only planning of making next gens of m6, but i do hope you enjoy them! Also I am a terrible writer, so I’m sorry if this story sounds super stupid or anything. Feel free to point out any plot holes or ask anything! that would be a great help <3

(this desc is all over the place, when will i ever learn to write coherent things?) Cheerful and easy going stallion is how Rate’s friends would usually describe him. He can be talkative and pushy - one of many things needed for a paparazzi job, however he knows the right moment to back off and, unlike some, is mostly respectful towards celebrities he interviews. His special tactic is sneaking up to ponies when they are (or think they are) alone.
Rate spent bigger part of his childhood at his dad’s house, a decision made by both of his parents due to Rainbow’s frequent Wonderbolt shows as well as her work as an instructor at the academy.
Diamonds life has been largely impacted by the experiences in Our village, which influenced the ways he taught Rate to see his place in society - he was encouraged to pursue his talent but not to overshadow others in the same field. Rate inherited Rainbow’s excellent flying skills and, by her words, would have been the perfect successor, however Diamond’s teachings and toxic behavior resulting from competitive environments made him quickly lose interest, opting for comfortable and independent activities instead. As a result, young Rate was timid and softly spoken, trying his best not to stand out or even compete.As he aged up, he had grown to love photography, but because he avoided places with more than 3 ponies around, he could not find his cutiemark for a very long time. With that came the bullying and eventually Rainbow had to convince Cutie Mark Crusaders to take him under their wing. Witch CMC’s encouragement, Rate was able to (somewhat) overcome his fear of possible conflicts and even joined his school’s journal club, which eventually lead to getting his cutiemark.
Rate’s special talent is bringing others on the pedestal, the articles he writes often makes pony described really popular.

Calmverse idea - “calm before the storm” type of universe. Main characters will join under peaceful sun of their daily lives and together will be trying to avoid the inevitable. However, dark forces will rise all their efforts will be lost, and one last stand against the enemy will have to take place. In the middle of it will stand Rocky Shoals, with her talent possibly meaning much more than simple activation and destruction of an artifact.
