Here: Don’t mix a hair model render with a modeled face that has 2D eyes. Go 2D or 3D, try not to mix it. Also the eyes are unfocused and aren’t following to conventional eye model used in pone.
In fact the hair could probably be forgiven if you just make the eyes on-model and cute, not staring through my soul.
