STOP using that tag. Tags are already in place for individual episodes, and this one had it since it was uploaded. You’re in the wrong here. This is early airings, not unidentified leaks. If you want to avoid them, avoid the individual tags, don’t start using some personal tag.

however, “un gran bel pezzo d’uomo” is an Italian expression to indicate that a male is particularly handsome or attractive, so she might as well be saying “Quite a handsome piece of stone”
