You go to https://derpibooru.org/filters and press the ‘‘Edit this filter’’ under whatever filter you are using.
 
There you can add things to the ‘‘complex spoiler filter’’ or the ‘‘complex hide filter’’ (same as the Watch/spoiler/hide buttons on regular tags.)
 
What you want to do is add ‘‘spoiler:s09*’’ to one of these two boxes and then press ‘‘Save filter’’.
 

 
Extra info: The complex filters allow you to string together several tags to target very specific things, so if you want to add additional tags to your complex filter you’ll want to separate them with a ‘‘’’. I for example filter ’’ subway, edit’’. This does not filter out all images tagged subway, and it does not filter out all images tagged edit, but it does filter all images tagged both tags. A sample of my complex filter looks like this: ‘‘humanized, oc only || subway, edit ||’’

yeah, it blocks all images from that season. I personally believe its a tag that should be used more often, esp when other places decide to rapid fire new eps out before other places
