That… was interesting, but I’m not regretting reading this comic.
Yeah, I don’t feel like the planned backstabbing will go exactly as planned for them, whether it be because of Grogar not trusting them (“I don’t trust anything any of you say.”), or because of him being too strong to simply topple themselves, or both.
It does feel like a redemption or three could happen, wonder if Discord will have a meaningful interaction with them later, possibly be involved? Grogar doesn’t strike me as the reforming type though. He does seem rather humorless so far…
If anything, I think it’s a bit unnerving to see Grogar act like that, even if it’s a dream. The three of them were cute though.
