Oh! That makes sense. The pooltoy suit isn’t breathable, so the breathing tube leads to that hole in the side. Of course.
 
Overanalysing it a bit, it looks like the tube is really dang narrow to fully support breathing, which might be the reason for the asphyxiation tag (otherwise I agree with @Sirius-Face). If that’s not intended, I too would remove that tag.

Not sure you need the asphyxiation tag on here. She can breathe through her nose, the air port is right by the neck of the suit. Seems clearly like breathplay. If this was asphyxiation, you’d see it more in her eyes.

It seems there are nose plugs. My guess is either:  
a) the deepthroating counts as breathplay, which would make the nost plugs redundant and also seems unlikely since otherwise deepthroating could just be set to imply breathplay; or  
b) given the “pool toy” tag, the idea is that SB is encased in a pool toy costume, nose plugs are there to make it harder for water to get into the lungs (it’s much easier to avoid swallowing water through the mouth, than to avoid accidentally breathing in through the nose - especially in a stressful environment such as this), and then she’s gonna be dunked in the pool and used as a pool toy. Leading to breathplay, but presumably not so much as to cause drowning due to the lack of that tag (hence the nose plugs would actually help - once you do start drowning I doubt they’d make much of a difference).

How is this breathplay?
