the end joint of the fingers is too long especially on the index finger. makes the fingers look a little broken on the right hand. the bottom joint is half the finger’s length normally, with the other two 1/2 that length. also I’d tilt her head a little and turn her ear towards the phone, but that’s not anything wrong with the picture just a suggestion. a slimmer hand might also look more womanly, and is easier to do if you draw guidelines for how thick the hand can be before drawing it. dunno if you do that.
