How to do this to any picture:  
Go to the following site  
dreamscope  
Upload a picture you want to pasta-ify, then select a picture of pasta to use as filter. Something like this pasta works  
Paint, wait, and profit.

I think I might have started a trend with this. Saw the tag “dreamscope edit” pop up and others are using other filters such as nuts, etc but mine’s the newest. (As of the time I looked)
