Yes, “The Little Redheaded Mare”. That is a placeholder name I actually gave to this character a number of years ago when she first appeared in this episode - a name based on “the little redheaded girl”, a character from the Peanuts comics/cartoons

It’s a great, great shame that she only appeared in 10 preceding images on this site after the episode’s premiere, and then everyone (even the most dedicated obscure background pony lovers) promptly forgot about her… no fanart or anything.
