There’s some big body language and context cues. Look at the differences between them panel by panel and they become obvious:
  1. Filthy Rich requested the outfit AJ is wearing and bought the undies, deciding how she would look based only on what he wants. Whereas Rarity is a designer, She makes outfits, she made it the way it is, so if she’s showing AJ, its because thats how Rarity wants to be seen.
  2. Rarity turns around casually to show off more of herself, this isnt a stretch given thats how she acts in the show. Compare this to Filthy rich peeling off AJ’s outfit in a stance where she’s clearly not comfortable with this. Also, just look at the dialogue differences between AJ with Filthy Rich & AJ with Rarity. Filthy says to AJ “You’re finally being a Good Girl “ (Read: Obedient). AJ just compliments Rarity’s outfit
  3. Look at what they’re wearing. In the 1st strip AJ’s wearing something you could wear outside in the summer, but Rarity’s basically wearing lingerie, she’s not just showing off an outfit she made to be sexy, that you cant (legally) wear outdoors, she’s wearing an outfit easy to take off. That’s something AJ, a girl with more conservative style wouldnt even consider for Filthy, but Rarity is gladly doing for her.
  4. Lastly, and this really seals it (at least for me), Filthy gags AJ with the outfit he bought for her, and then demands sex. He’s both figuratively and literally shutting her up with his money. This is a transaction, what she wants, likes, or needs doesnt matter to him. Its a night and day difference with this strip where AJ notices Rarity willingly put on something less than comfy for her, and while Rarity was surprised, she actually likes AJ’s touch.
These 2 interactions may use similar poses, but they couldnt be more different.

Well if you don’t see taking off somebody’s panties and sniffing it in front of them as creepy then I don’t think pointing out other details will help you lol. And how is it not relevant, it’s what I’ve been talking about since the beginning and clarified that I’ve been talking about it in the second post so you shouldn’t be confused about it at this point.
 
Rarity seems to be surprised at the touch, like a hired professional that’s paid for a dance and isn’t expecting a roving hand unless a tip is coming too - but hey, tags don’t say prostitution yet so it’s me taking a guess as much as you’re doing with the other picture as there’s nothing about coercion in the tags, meaning they might as well having a roleplay session as someone else pointed out.

  1. AJ is being bit of a creep like Rich, which I was referring to when making the joke lol
  2. it’s pretty clear whatever she’s doing with Rich is part of some deal they have, making it consensual, even if AJ is not wholly pleased with keeping up her side of the deal, although she seems to be enjoying it a bit by the end of it
  3. wholly assumption on my part: this Rarity is possibly a prostitute, so AJ bought her services as much as Rich bought AJ’s, unless Rarity is doing this as a hobby
 
Aside from the fact that I don’t see how AJ here is being a “Creep” in any way, shape or form, her attitude is not the relevant one here.
 
No, the key difference between this pic and the other one is that here, Rarity looks completely comfortable with what’s going on, as much into what’s going on, if not even more than Applejack. Meanwhile, in the other pic, Applejack’s expressions are always of discomfort and annoyance, suggesting that even while she might have technically agreed to what’s going on, she’s probably been coerced into it, putting the situation into downright dubcon territory.
