Most of what you’ve pointed out is correct, in one way or another. (I won’t touch the stuff about San Francisco’s pony alternative as we’ve never heard it actually stated in show therefore it’s up to debate.) But see, that’s kind of the point. The stuff is inconsistent. Even within the comics that tried to keep to continuity (and failed miserably in the process) things are inconsistent from one comic to another. This map isn’t an effort to say “this is the most possible canon of all canons.” It’s an effort by someone to merge everything we’ve ever heard from MLP into a single map, and does a pretty dang good job in the process, even if some it is… a little questionable if you think about it. (Rarity crossing almost the entire world just to see about a hat?!) And some of the locations on this map aren’t even, to my knowledge, mentioned anywhere at all and are things the map creator came up with to fill in gaps.
 
However that said I do want to say this: it wouldn’t make any sense for there to be another continent south of the Great Iceberg Barrier. Neverminding the fact that was obviously an attempt to reference Antarctica… in order for there to be something south that would place the Iceberg Barrier on the equator. Even taking into account the oddities of Equestria/Equus/whatever the planet is called orbit (I’m a fan of the “Celestia actually just alters the rotation of the planet and not the sun” interpretation) and even if you were to, say, pretend that their world isn’t a planet in space (despite the fact that globes have appeared throughout the show since the first season and have been referenced before) it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever for a barrier made of ice to be on the equator. Just look at the equator on our planet, for example:

The equator is the red line. As you can see, it crosses through parts of South America and through much of Africa, as well as Indonesia. Which, not coincidentally, runs directly through some of the largest tropical rainforests on the planet.
 
In order for there to be ice on the equator but for it to be warmer both north and south of it, something seriously funky would have to be going on with the shape of this planet. Something physically impossible by known science–not even a toroid would account for it.

Besides, for Prance, the city was Mare-is not Pearis. Also the southern Equestria map of page 22 of issue 2 was located below the Macintosh Hills and above Bone Dry Desert. It’s nearly hard to fit it on the official map but I know that there are Two KlugeTowns. And I bet that valley southwest of the Armiaspi Territory was the Changeling Kingdom/Hives because I think the leaf trail to the maulwurf leads from the Changeling Hives to the Badlands. I mean, the Changeling Hive was located south of the Caves of Conundrum I believed. And it’s not San Pranciscolt. It’s either San Fransicolt or San Flankcisco. And the Fortress of Talacon was located next to Daring Do’s house because they’re part of the Tenochtitlan Basin. And they’re all located northwest of the Galloping Gorge and northeast of Vanhoover.

This map is false. I mean KeenKris combine all 4 generations of mlp maps into one. Some of the locations of G4 are in the wrong direction. I mean Somnambula was located southwest of Equestria. Not close to Saddle Arabia. And the Froggy Bottom Bogg was near the Everfree Forest. Not east of Equestria. And she forgot to add the Undiscovered West in this map. And I thought the Flame Geyser Swamp was located southwest of Ghastly Gorge and east of the San Polomino Desert where Somnambula is. Because you must think back in “Road to Friendship” from season 8 during the song “We’re Friendship Bound”. And I guess that the unnamed crocodile-infested bogg was located next to the swamp. And I bet that South Amareica was located south of the Great Iceberg Barrier because I agree that Puerto Caballo was located north of South Amareica.

Is this like, ‘free to use’? Better to ask around first, just incase, but this map is great inspiration for a story I’m working on. I don’t think I’d use it word for word, ‘creative license’ applied and all that XD but It’d cut like, 80% of the strain of designing a map from scratch out of it, and with how busy I’m stuck being lately, every acceptable obstacle removed is a blessing to my efforts :D

The zap apple grove seems to come from this IDW map, although the actual location differs – a lot of what’s south of Equestria proper in this one seems to have been incorporated from there.
 
Can’t say much about Sweet Acorn Acres, though.

Pretty cool. This is an incredible amount of work and research. If I were running an RPG in Equestria, this is probably one of the best fan maps out there.
 
That said, I question a few things:
 
An entire zap apple grove? Aren’t they unique to Ponyville?  
Sweet Acorn Acres is on the other side of the world from Ponyville? Rarity went a long way for that hat.

That was pretty awesome.  
I liked Moodrid with the bullfighting plaza. (I guess IRL Madrid has no distinctive monuments like Paris or Shanghai)

Glad to know. But it’s kinda unfortunate. Not a lot of humans live in Equestria.  
And if there are humans, how come we haven’t discovered a way to travel to Equestria?
 
Considering the only humans that I’ve seen in Equestria are Anon and Eros  
(from Pencils’ comic:“Anon’s Pie Adventure”), it would be cool to have a movie involving live-action scenes with the Mane 6 interacting with the human world (aside from the EG universe)
