Silverstream really wants Smolder to come to Seaquestria, doesn’t she? Smolderpuffs, would be cute, just imagine Gallus’s reaction, I bet it would be a good chuckle! And Silverstream and Ocellus having fun with scaring her into her puffer form and having her blow bubbles!

Transformation magic is a very hit/miss thing in MLP. Spike is turned into a dog and not a human in the EG mirror. Yet the Diamond Dogs ARE humans.  
Likewise, transformation magic turns ponies into Seaponies (and Hippogriffs into Seaponies), yet it turned Spike, a dragon, into a puffer fish. It’s reasonable to expect it to be species based.

I mean, we know Gallus would be a catfish (ba-dm-tsh) but it would be still be interesting to see. Same with Smolder’s pufferfish form.
 
And then I wonder what form Yona would take, because she’s the only question mark, as we know what Silverstream looks like, have a good idea of Sandbar, and presumably Ocellus could transform back into that seapony form she used in Non-Compete Clause.
