I’d say yes just because he forced you to continue after the reveal. Otherwise it’d be deception, which is still pretty wrong, but not outright rape. If nothing else though, Tangy is super flirty and pushy with zero sense of personal space and he’ll pester someone for quite some time, but he won’t outright force it :D

They’re a weird case. Biologically they’re genderless (Except for Quiddity’s species, which is actually biologically female). Any two goo ponies could have a child together, and there’s even a chance they could both become pregnant. At the same time they do identify both physically and mentally with a sex, and their default form will be male or female and they can be straight, gay, bisexual, whatever. It’s because their species is the result of primitive slime creatures evolving to have pony-like traits due to years of exposure to the passive magic of ponies. They have “genders” because ponies do, the same way their default forms include redundant pony features they don’t actually use like ears, tongues, teeth, etc. In other words, Tangy IS male but he actually could get pregnant from Quibble Pants, and at the same time Tangy could get a mare pregnant even in his female shape :P

They actually do talk by forming physical traits like vocal cords, and needing to exhale air to do it is the only time they actually breathe in air. His voice does become more feminine when he assumes a female shape, but he can’t just change his voice on a whim to sound any way he wants. Physically it’s possible, but it would be difficult and take tons of practice for him to even figure out how, let alone actually master it :D

There’s actually a good chance of that happening. It takes concentration and a conscious effort to hold a shape different than their own, so if he’s not careful he could easily revert to his male shape in the heat of things XD

She’s had some weird stuff happen, but she also tends to run or fight. Quibble’s just too darned analytical. Like when he encountered Notta for the first time he got pretty huffy about the details, like how can a creature eat metal and gems, how could a creature evolve to mimic something as specific as a treasure chest, how can such a creature learn to read and write a note, etc. It gave Notta plenty of time to grab him. At the same time, he’s going to earn the title of “Monster Tamer” if he keeps it up, which comes with great boosts to things like speech and intelligence, and allows him to befriend and recruit monsters into his party XD
