Hey Guys, I’ve been noticing that some fans are very boring and usually whenever someone puts something applepie comes someone “they are cousins” “hurr duur is incest” so to “break it a little” I wanted to explain to you that this besides being annoying it’s lie  
They do not have any blood connections, my people
 
  1. Just the Apple’s 4-degree cousin who may be 5-degree cousin of the pie’s, but this does not affect Pinkie and Applejack at all  
    They do not have any blood connections.
     
  2. The sister of pinkie pie (marble) Has crush in Big mac (brother of Apple) in 2015 several fans support this including Pinkie herself who has been trying to join the two
     
  3. The writers themselves (including nick confalone) support Pinkie’s love relationship with Applejack, and the same said on twitter that you intend to make an episode of them (the same thing they did with rarijack but this time with pinkiejack/applepie) and I fully support it
     
     
    so please, my people, no bullshit, respect the taste of people  
    be it character, shipp etc, just respect everyone, this makes fandom a better place

You have a point. I also stand by the fact that in the ep it’s not straight-forward confirmed - as well as denied, however - if they’re related. More like “possible cousins” thing was used as a tool to bring Pinks with Apple Family together but people make a huge fuss about it anyway.  
But my main view on this whole mess here would be that writers apparently don’t really seem to care about earlier episodes THAT much they forget (I might be assuming wrong) about “Pinkie and AJ are possible cousins “ episode being a thing they try to create some sort of chemistry being Marble and Mac. I don’t think they’d go for an incest (even distant one) in the kid’s show just like that. So for real this argument need to sink at one point.

I think the people complaining aren’t the same people that ship MarbleMac. Because I’ve actually seen people make the same exact complaints against MarbleMac.
 
I persoanlly think the whole arguement is dumb for three reasons:  
  1. The episode never confirmed that the Pie and Apple families were related, so for all we know, they may very well not be related at all.
     
  2. Even if we did get a confirmation, their “relation” would only be through a marriage. Pinkie, Applejack, and their siblings aren’t biologically related to each other.

Funny how the exact same people also forget by all sudden that Big Mac and Marble Pie had a thing for each other, not to mention Marble hasn’t gotten over he’s with Sugar Belle now, yet their “das incest” point applies only to Pinkie and Aj. sigh
