After some time playing pathfinder with some friends, kingmaker campaign, and after some roleplay stuff to fill out the story and make it more satisfying, my character and another player’s character started developing a close bond and got to this adorable point. Story to be shared if requested.

That’s perfectly fair. considering a current idea in progress with him and a couple others (currently labelled chaos wars) they are quite successful, and these two at least have a daughter and one other child, the daughter being the summoner of the lamiapone Karen.
