This is all my personal unprofessional opinion, but the corners of her eyes could be a bit more level, and the nose and mouth could benefit from being just a bit bigger. But overall, this is a great first attempt at making Golden as a human.

Son detalles que debo aun ir puliendo, me deje estar con las manos pero seguire dandoles hasta dominarlas. Y el ojo es porque no supe como hacerlo en Sai, para la otra o uso otro programa o aprendo a hacerlo alli

El detalle de sus manos se ve raro, como que si los dedos estuvieran pegados en sus manos y algunos de ellos se ven mas cortos que otros.
 
¿Usaste otro estilo de coloreo en la parte de sus ojos? Que comparo con otros dibujos pintados por ti y he visto diferencias.
 
Para ser tu 1era humanización de un pony, esta piola. Solo seguir practicando y guiarte mas o menos en otras humanizaciones de otros artistas.
 
El detalle del pelo me gustó y sus pecas son casi invisibles a 1era vista.
