Skipped a couple Prompts (from this challenge) because I didn’t agree with or know how to do them.
 
Prompt 8 was to draw my OC as an anime character. I immediately thought of Midoriya from My Hero Academia because they’re so similar. Too similar even.
 
Orion’s magic is using a repulsive force from their hooves and horn that allows them to propel upwards and forwards, and lets them punch/stomp much harder than they could normally. Without using their power, they’re of average strength, but using the power lets them perform extraordinary feats.
 
Sound familiar??????
 
I made Orion way before I started watching My Hero Academia, and a couple months ago I thought “SHIT THEY’RE THE SAME CHARACTER” At least their signature feature is pretty much the same. Instead of denying it, why not embrace it and point it out?
 
Thus here’s Orion dressed as Midoriya!
 
I think this one turned out pretty well! I was on a roll that day in drawing and coloring. I also didn’t have the right color for Midoriya’s outfit, so I had to make do. I also tried doing something different with the hair and its highlights.
