Description

So its about time I posted something here again, its been way too long. So far I have been a bit reluctant to post pictures with other kigs, but it had to happen.

I visited jpx paris 2 months back and I did a bunch of cosplaying there. We had our own kigurumi booth there where we could dress and have a little space.

This photo might be my favorite. I am posing with a person who got to borrow a mask for the first time and was in full cosplay for roughly 5 minutes at that point. She was super shy and completely adorable. I think she cosplayed for 3 hours after that before she quit.

If you want me to post more with kig I’ll do that, otherwise I’ll just stick to solopics of the con.You tell me :D

The fun thing is that I got compliments from other kigurumi cosplayers based on my acting and even a few french normies. Luckily I know what “Tu est plus manifique” means without looking it up xD

Quite cool that even though I am fairly inexperienced I was recieved so well.

Hey thanks, I appreciate those compliments :D

@Astrotrain
I am pretty sure she never cosplayed before, not even regular cosplay. To be fair I didn’t really do any better. This is my first cosplay as well and only day 3 at some kind of important event.

Hmmm I don’t agree with that one actually. I have a fairly triangular build without padding. But I use (admittedly crappy) padding and posing to compemsate for it.

In real life I also move too much to really see the fault. I usually kind of tilt one hip towards the camera to prevent people from seeing that its mostly padding. You will also notice that my shoulders are tilted. That is another trick I use on occasion to make it harder to judge my figure (although my long hair helps with the shoulders already).
