Finally finished! It took quite some time to do but I’m glad I did it! This one was actually suggested/requested by a few users on Derpibooru and deviantART as well! So here I present to you, Mean Rarity in EG form!
And as always stated- this look is NOT cannon! It is my own creation and what I believe would look like!
