Flim felt guilty about the incident that he and his brother caused to the mare. Yet, he didn’t know why, until it hit him. HE LOVED HER. He finally got the guts to ask to her out. He decided to give her lemonade and flowers. He finally asked her out. At first, AJ thought it was a joke but soon enough, she said yes.
Also, I imagined AJ to be a bit hunkier and taller than the average mare because of her years working on the farm.
