Strange, I think Pinkie’s the cutest. All the girls are beautifully rendered in this work of art. That said, Pinkie does, in fact, look a bit different from the rest, but hey, it’s Pinkie Pie and Pinkie Pie doesn’t need a reason she just is.

This was an exercise (he even said he put on color and hair as an afterthought) so why not criticize? These don’t necessarily represent something he’s 100% set on.
For Pinkie I think he was going for a combination of slight chubbiness (she eats all those cakes) and cartoonishness (because of the cartoon 4th wall jokes she does) but went a little too far.
Also I think Applejack looks a little too masculine.
not to be rude but… that pinkie just looks too weird. the shape of her face and mouth and everything from pinkie in this image… ain’t even cute in my opinion.
