I recently got back into liking undertale so I did a scenebuild I did following a story I whipped up where Strange Quark and his wife Chrysalis fall into the underground but they happen to be carrying infinity stones so as Strange Quark finds toriel and several other monsters mourning Asriel on what was supposed to be his birthday(after pacifist route) Strange Quark not wanting the monsters to be unhappy decides to pay them the ultimate kindness and uses the soul stone to bring Asriel back from the dead instantly making him best friends with the monsters there… Asriel then asks who brought him back and Strange Quark reveals what he did to Asriel who then gives him a tight hug and the two become best friends to the point where people think they are gay (however strange Quark is bisexual so a romantic relationship is not off the table and Chrysalis is well aware of her husband’s sexuality and is fine with it) this scene takes place a few months afterwards with Strange Quark, asriel (or as strange Quark calls him “Azzy”), the skele-bros, Mettaton, and a couple of Strange Quark’s friends all having guy’s night while Chrysalis, Celestia and Luna, Toriel, Frisk, Alphys, and Undyne, as well as Strange Quark’s friends Firesparkle[rus] and Cute Sally are all having girls night… they all sit down and watch Ready Player One, Strange Quark snuggles up to asriel(who Strange Quark found out is SOOOO SOFT!) Papyrus of course made spaghetti(that skeleton and his fucking spaghetti! XD) Sans takes the La-Z-Boy in the back and Latios and Shellac take their seats on the floor, Mettaton of course won’t shut up during the film…  
oh yeah and this happens AFTER Undyne, and Frisk dare asriel to sleep in the same bed as Strange Quark, this cemented a relationship that was already kind of forming so they had to tell Celestia and Toriel that they accidentally turned Asriel gay(not like Azzy or Strange Quark are complaining)
