Actually her second chance was denied to her.
Too bad for Spitfire, she could have FOUR amazing fliers instead of one.
And she is not bad, just reckless.

I’ll bet LD could do something so completely and absolutely heinous, and you’d STILL find some reason to excuse her.
Sometimes, bad people (well, ponies) will not change. She had her second chance already, and it’d be foolish to give her a third.
Very good.
She is the captain of her own amazing team now and does no longer depend on Spitfires mercy.
Now she just needs her redemption.
They just belong into the same team as partners and friends.
Spitfire should do the right thing for once and let her rejoin.
And these two can come with her, too.

Indeed.
Having poor Dusty dead or crippled would be a horrible ending and a criminal waste of potential.
Right. I bet she is happier than ever in this daredevil team. I think Rainbow Dash is gonna be a stick in the mud about the whole thing. kinda like grannies gone wild
I know.
Lightning Dust could be a good example of moving on if you don’t exactly live up to your dream.
Don’t get me wrong I love Lightning Dust but I think by now she should move on and enjoy her time with the Washouts if she really is one of them.
I would be so upset. all her potential would be ruined for the sake of making the Wonderbolts look better
How about no?
Yeah, you’ve seen Starlight Glimmer about to fall into lava, and the Mean Six melting. You know, for kids! Oh wait! How about a sad moral about safety? The ending to this episode would be a PSA! Would Jim Miller allow that?
More likely handicapped for the sake of rating, but still an overall potential scenario.
