Sombra wanted to make it up to Radiant for not being able to go the the Crystal Fair by taking her to the Grand Galloping Gala and got her a beautiful gown, but he knew there was nothing he could do to make up for killing Princess Amore and the thought of that held heavy in his chest as regret had been swallowing him each day, even though Radiant believed that monster that killed Amore.
 
Sombra wanted to believe that he truly did but there was no denying the scarring and soul shattering truth of the situation and what made it worse was Radiant had witnessed the whole thing, she couldn’t deny that day haunted her but not as much as Sombra.
 
When they arrived everyone was mumbling and whispered to each other about why he was there, Radiant became worried but Sombra took the backlash as he knew he deserved it and he announced that he did wrong and there was nothing he could do to make up for the damage he caused and also stated that he could hear what they were saying but insted of being angry he cried that was the first time Radiant ever saw him cry, he continued saying he deserved the backlash and insults towards him and he was not going to deny it and he was going to take it like a stallion but Radiant stood up for him saying even though he did do wrong he was a victim of circumstances and she said he didn’t become evil because he wanted to she explained what he was and that he never wanted to be evil
