You’re ignoring the fact that this episode was aired early as part of a summer event. Plus A Matter of Principals is listed as the mid-season premier which, by your logic, would place this episode between the finale and the premiere which doesn’t make sense. The only evidence that this is episode 14 is that it aired early while there is multiple pieces of evidence that this is episode 18.
It would be better if they numbers them in production order.
This will only cause confusion.
