It’s probably not a musical number from the special but a seperate music video.
They could’ve at least kept the song number
The marketing is not done by the same people who made the actual special.
Also most likely the stuff that was not in the actual special might be from shorts that tie in to the special

I already know that, I was referring to the human versions, in the video you can not see that they have their geodes on.

Their geodes are actually fused with their pony bodies. >>1447936p (merged) in mirror magic when Sunset Shimmer went back to get a replacement book her is gone, why, because its fused with her(original)body which also expleins her horn being red instead of cyan(from the first movie)
Maybe its geodes can not be seen due to the poor quality of the video …
Or maybe it’s another alternative universe of EGs … DUM DUM DUM !!!
Anyway, we just have to wait for the special to come out …

Celestia, a minute before that comment: Twilight, you’ll soon know more about this place than even I do.
Pretty vague comment, but if Twilight just being there is enough to make her more informed about the human world than Celestia, I’d wager she didn’t know there was another portal back.
And who’s to say that this island portal doesn’t also open only every once in a while?
