I know right? But like I said before “Pia-Samas’ Spike would be a good fit.” That was the version of Spike that I was referring to.
Except that Spike really doesn’t have ‘dragon rage’, he’s very passive, especially compared to more explosive characters. By comparison to Pharynx, Spike doesn’t even have a temper. As such, Spike and Thorax are great friends, that much fits, but I don’t see Spike filling Arin’s role all that well, personally.
Whatever interpretations are entertaining, though. I’d like to see comics of them.
I’m not gonna dissagree with your crossover, I thought it was pretty well done, but I still think Spike would make for a good fit for Arin ( dragon rage and all that).
Another indicator is how they first met. I remember watching a segment of “the most heartwarming moments on game grumps” and how Dan had told Arin that he was the most awesome guy he had ever met because Arin had helped him out when he had nothing to start with back when he was trying to get NSP off the ground. Kinda like how Spike stood up for Thorax before he became king of the changelings.
Again that’s my opinion though, so don’t make me right just because of which character I think fits best.

Haha. At first I wasn’t sure if anyone else would get the refrerence. I always kinda felt that both Spike (Like Pia-Samas’ version) and Thor were a good fit for Arin and Danny. I’ve brought this up before in other threads but I can just see those two as just a couple of goofballs playing random video games while making eachother have a laughing fit.
