I always thought of her as the same age as them. She seems too physically big to be a crusader. Besides, Pinkie’s immature as heck but she’s (probably, I guess) older than all of them so personality may not be the best measurement here.
 
Then again, I really don’t count ages in the series towards anything period. Especially shipping.

Ive always though Gabby as younger then Gallus, she seems to be only a bit older then the CMCs in her first episode and acts in a very child like manor while Gallus comes off as more of a actual teen.  
And yes while Gabby does have a job, it feels more like some akin to a paper route then an adult job (if that makes sense)

I’d place Gabby as younger than Gilda but older than Gallus. By how much is hard to say. Gallus is still a student, and Gabby and Gilda both have jobs, though Gabby seems more like an intern/youth volunteer rather than running her own business like Gilda does.

Not really such a big crack shipping if you consider that Gallus is the only named male griffon (except for Grandpa Gruff), so it’s natural that he would be paired with the female griffons.
