Who would be the Green Party nominee? Fluttershy? Can’t think of a natural one for the Libertarians

It confuses me why people say things like this in a timeline where Google exists.

This hypothetical election assumes two things:

Applejack has fully rehabilitated the Republican Party from the inside out. She has risen through their ranks proving herself an actual example of ‘family values’ and honor and honesty. She has confronted and scorned the rotten apples in the party, shamed them into changing their ways, or encouraged the rest to kick them out. The Republican party is hardly the same as that of 2018. It has become a party that Applejack would actually be proud to be nominated for.

Starlight is fully rehabilitated and capable of leadership role, as vouched by her good friends Trixie and Twilight Sparkle. All that stands in her way is an American public capable of forgiving a convict that served her time by serving her country. Make no mistake: she is a decorated marine by Equestrian standards, as are the Mane Six. She has earned the Pink Heart of Courage for literally saving her government from a tyrannical usurper. And if she has her way, the usurper Chrysalis will be rehabilitated too, because Starlight has embraced the element of forgiveness.

Also, they would be reasonably nice and polite to each other during election debates.
