On second glikance I guess it's both of Sweetie's hands, just in different places, but it sure doesn't look like that. It looks like Sweetie's knuckle is ten miles from the start of her fingers, giving her some Slenderman fingers.

No, no, Sweetie Belle's is very slenderman-esque. The knuckles are way too far down from where the ends of the fingers begin.
