Tumblr is notoriously inconsistent with their enforcement of this rule.
 
It’s basically comes down to how much report one gets spammed by.

I took a look at the Community Guidelines of Tumblr, which is where it says what not to post. I found 2 things that may be related: You may not post “anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent” as the first. I’ll go over the second in a bit. So, of course, the post that got you taken down is likely the post with Veleya sucking of Arus, her dad. Another possibility is that some people saw the Professor Zedwin posts and mistakenly thought it to be a post with minors due to it taking place in a school setting, even though professors work at colleges not ordinary schools. I think that, if it is the case that it was removed due to this rule, you could ask them to reinstate your Tumblr but with the few posts displaying it removed. I’m not sure how likely it is, but you could point out how few posts related to it were made and as such it is not a primary facet of your Tumblr, and also that no actual harm was caused as they were only animations, not real minors. You could also argue that because the animation involved characters of completely different species, the animations don’t involve what we call “minors” within them.
 
However, this is made more complicated by the second thing I found: A category labeled “Gore, Mutilation, Bestiality, or Necrophilia.” The view held by whoever wrote the Tumblr Community Guidelines appears to be that bestiality is on the same level as mutilation, gore, and necrophilia, and so it is probably not something they like at all. If you argued they can’t be considered minors by our standards due to them being of a different species, they’d probably keep your Tumblr down because then they think it might be bestiality, even though it isn’t. Along with that, they may have not even shut down your Tumblr for any perceived pedophilia, but instead because they see non-human species fucking and think that that is bestiality, again, even though it isn’t. Along with that, they probably wouldn’t listen to any arguments you make past one or two messages, so it would be hard to convince them that your Tumblr should be up if they actually think that it should not be allowed.

its their report system that is flawed, people only get trouble for posting content that breaks the rules when reports are made about it. It’s very subjective about what actually gets reported though, and reports aren’t necessarily checked by a real person, so innocent blogs can be deleted too if someone sends enough reports.  
in the event the blog is innocent, then you can contact them and have a real person (eventually) go and check the reports that were made and restore the blog, as numerous artists have done before (though actually getting to that point isn’t always easy, customer service is a bit shit)
