Well, as far as my headcanon goes, for mine the young six aren’t really romantically involved with each other. But, being a majority girl group and being in a relatively progressive environment, I think it could be more cuddle and hug friendly then what most of us is used to seeing.
I love the idea of them enjoying sleep cuddling for the comfort and warmth of it. :)

Siverstream might be a good tickle “Victim” but her personality is up there with Pinkie as someone who probably welcomes the experience.
Smolder, being a emotion reserved dragon would try to act like nothing is wrong at all and that she’s not ticklish.
Sandbar would be the one being snuggled. Yona is massive in comparable size and basically just snuggles around. Laying on her side so her weight is off those she snuggles into but all that soft fur and warmth is covering her cuddled friend.

Idea: Since Sandbar is smaller, let’s have him be the teddy bear. Is that such an odd idea?
That makes me wonder; Who would be more ticklish? Smolder or Silverstream? I mean, you haven’t drawn either of them yet.
Tickling is tempting. But given their age, I’d keep it cute and clean.
I’m actually tossing up a “Snuggle” Sequel. Where we see that she makes the perfect sleeping buddy. Like a giant teddy bear of comfort.
