That IS how that works, people are just dumb and don’t realize it- including many judges, juries, manhaters, and college campuses.
I mean, technically you both were taken advantage of then if you regretted it the next day… But if you remind the other that you were drunk too and have good lawyers, then yeah, it’s much simpler to just forget about it both if ya.

Yeah if the guy and girl are both equally drunk, it’s always the guys fault. She could pin him down and force herself on him and he’d still be considered the guilty party.
