no trixie dad is not brother of twilight father! why? all sparkle family know to a other! if is true , twilight will font out she look the family tree of her and her friends! and belive me will speechless of this! and she say it on the show! warning! all iwd comic of mlp are non canon! only on the show and the movie are canon!

we need i episode who the parent come see trixie but got fear of all the bad thing she done and she think her parent will mad on her so she hide! twilight talk with the parent and starlight try make trixie come out! trixie tell her she a fail her school and she nothing but a failer! starlight become mad and take her and tell her she not a failer! later trixie face her parent, trixie think will the end of her relasion with her mother and father but both hug her and trixie cry! her mon tell she dont care of her failer or the bad thing trixie a done , she only care for all great thing trixie a done!  
her father tell the same! trixie cry like little foal to be re-unite her parent alter all her run a way and this were trixie finally stop to run away her problem! well this the way i see it!

to me the dad of trixie is the younger brother of twilight dad and mom of trixie is the younger sister of twilight mom! the problem is both a foget to tell them of this! now think of twilight face to fond trixie is her cousine! hehehehe! meaby trixie will fall in love with a cousin of flash sentry! not the brother cose he way to young for her! i think first base will fall in with one filly of his classe? but poor twilight if trixie is her cousine! hehehehe!
