Well, it all depends on one’s personal definition of what “chubby” constitutes, which I won’t get into because it’s up to the individual.

All the same, Chubbie Pie is good by me.
While I love and prefer chubby Pinkie myself, with how hyper and active she is, I believe making her slim is just as valid and “realistic”, regardless of sweets consumption levels. She burns LOTS of energy pretty much constantly. And genetics and metabolism play a role too. Knew a few people like that in my life. You’d expect them to be chubby, seeing how much and what they ate. Nope, thin as rails.

Personal preference and probably more importantly more universal audience acceptance, especially with the nudes thing. That way he can post everything on DA or Tumblr and not get attacked by the morality police at every step. But he’s notoriously reclusive so getting an actual answer out of him might be tough.
