ok let see here

as it is beta i assume you can ignore some of things i'm about to say but those are just my thoats

-first of theres no control mapping in the game or some kind small tutorial level that explains what the keys are (i know theres a text file but belief me almost no one will notice it till thy get stuck with controls)
-there seam to be some kind save feature but i never figure it out, cheek cheek points would be nice feature
-walking is a unnecessary feature running should be default especially after getting out of the water
-air sliding is kinda to rarely use
-some of the double jumps blocks are to hight forcing you to precise jump with brakes the flow
-city should be one of the first map since later in the 1 zone i begin to rush threw the map ignoring coins
-lack of any kind story line made me not really invested in the game play
-I learn that elevators instant kill the hard way with was not my fault since i did not knew it was there and there where coins on the floor i decided to collect with felt unfair
- there where no reason for me to explore the map beside money where it lays all around the place and all it seams i can buy from it are potions some more collectibles would increase exploring like idk extra heart contender or a piece of a puzzle that would reveal a picture, secrets areas like pipes in mario, idk you need to decide what the best would fit to your game but money after couple levels do not fell like reword

some other nitpicking
- the health pack are weirdly placed and in unhelpful positions
- theres a big lack of enemy types
- no music and some sounds

as it is now it is just bare bones side scrolling game where you need to go to the finish line unfortunately fist mario had more mechanic and game play elements then this but hopefully it will get better with time :)
