Just couple things:
 
She hasn’t tried it because show is designed for children. That reason why Chrysalis (or Tirek or Sombra) never kills anyone in show, but kill tone of creatures in official comics.
 
Chrysalis being powerful compared to other changelings doesn’t mean what she Clark Kent or something. Celestia/Daybreaker, Discord, Luna/Nightmare Moon, Tirek, Sombra, Starswirl, Pony of shadows and multiple others characters will mopping floor with her without even breaking sweat.

Right, she’s capable of just killing both of them, now. I guess that’s why she hasn’t tried it yet, why she’s skulking around the wilderness and didn’t try once to reclaim the hive before or after Pharynx was crowned. If she was ever so powerful than she shouldn’t have needed armies or tricks to get where she was, she should have been able to use brute force at least some of the time. But alas, she didn’t, and from the looks of things still isn’t, so there’s nothing but speculation.
 
Seeing as you’re even more bias than I am, I’m gonna save myself the time. You’re welcome to your opinion, it’s lost my interest. Can’t wait to see Chrysalis’s ultimate fate in the show. Whether she’s killed, jailed or redeemed into something unfitting for her character, watching her fanboys rage will be great.

Trixie actually isn’t weak. She can’t have big destruction power, but she has the most magic potential. She teleported tree of harmony map-table. This table which was able to resist Starlight time travel spell (map was in every reality while it shouldn’t because “tree senses that something isn’t right”). The problem is Trixie doesn’t care about such details
 
Returning to Chrysalis vs brothers, now i think she should be able to kill both even if they attack her simultaneously. She should fodderized Pharynx by the reasons i said before and Thorax actually will be killed even easier consider how pansy he is.

Chrysalis will beat Pharynx like child (which he literally is for her).
 
 
She is: More experienced and more familiar with changelings powers (She was stated to be much older than 1000 years).
 
More durable (was blasted in the full center of Twilight’s most powerful concussive beam spell that vaporizes the wall behind queen… and Chrysalis is completely unfazed, even whistling with smile in the following panel).
 
Has more spells (mind-controll (Through ray or eye contact), cucoon-trap spell (which can tpap five pony at the same time), telekenesis, pyrokenesis, Phasing).
 
Far more agressive and brutal (was kill innocent and helpless creatures).
 
More flexible (she can bend her limbs in ways impossible for other creatures and turn her neck a full 360 degrees).
 
Has more raw strength (using only her mouth she’s able to ragdoll and throw away pony. She was lift two, huge, stone rocks while being crushed by them. Throw changeling in hundreds foots in air with only use her front legs)
 
Has faster reaction (easily react to Celestia’s blast while being blinded by Celestia’s light)
 
Can just drain him to the death (just like she was drain an entire room in seconds leaving only barely functioning husks)
 
Finally Chrysalis has been shown to be more intelligent than Pharynx (and is certainly more cunning).
 
 
Brothers best chance to beat they mommy it’s will attack her at the same time, with perfect team work.. and even then this will be very debatable.

None of the other drones were shown to be in magical force fields and some of them weren’t too far from the throne, so at best you can argue changelings in general are durable. Try again.
 
I use modeled in a non-literal sense. Thorax is the tall, brightly colored head ruler who is kind and benevolent, just like Celestia. Pharynx is now the slightly smaller dark-colored sibling who has a greyer personality and past, just like Luna. The similarities of how the show staff has tried to make them seem similar is obvious.
 
Outright stated that they’re weaker? The entire plot of To Change a Changeling was that Thorax’s lax rule had made the changelings complacent. As Thorax said himself, ‘we’re out of practice, and he’s (the Maulwurf, is) too tough’. Thorax and the changelings stopped combat training, etc, because Thorax cared too much about making them happy, which is why they were weaker. It wasn’t some built-in mechanic in the new designs. The entire ending of the episode literally talked about how they needed to continue defending themselves despite the fact the hive was now a nicer place. Hell, Pharynx’s entire role is to balance Thorax’s love with strength.

That was more them getting lazy since they werent pressed into patrols and stuff all the time, this is said directly in the episode. As a general whole they’re likely quite a bit stronger, especially now with pharynx shaping up some of them.

Oh and let’s not forget that To Change a Changeling flat out stated the changelings as a whole are weaker due to the sudden shift.

That doesn’t mean it amplifies anything, and in case you didn’t notice, from the episode that gif is from, Chrysalis survived an explosion that destroyed the uppermost portion of the hive (note that everyone else was either safe due to being in a cocoon or behind Starlight’s shield spell) and she was WHERE THE EXPLOSION OCCURRED not only that, she didn’t even seem PHASED by the explosion.
 
So to answer your question, yes, we know for a fact she’s extremely durable.
 
Also Pharynx and Thorax NOT modeled after Celestia and Luna, they look nothing like them. Their body shape is more similar to deer than alicorns.

Chrysalis is durable? Getting blown out a window and lightly smacked against her throne isn’t a display of durability. Even if it were, durability won’t win you a whole lot when all the cards point towards your magical prowess being average at best. In her multiple appearances Chrysalis has been shown to be a parasite who relies on her armies, tricks/disguises and siphoned love magic. Without that we’ve no proof she could do much of anything.
 
As far as Pharynx is concerned, there’s no proof yet, no, but it’s a fairer assumption than to assume thier transformation did nothing for them at all, considering they’re literally being modeled after Celestia and Luna, who have all kinds of magical power.
 
Thorax’s new antlers light up with magical energy (see below), which is a clear indication that he can probably use lasers and other forms of magic other than transformation, i.e, Pharynx probably has the same capabilities, if that were to be true.

There is literally no evidence that the “antler/leader” changeling is an upgrade, and the one thing we know about Chrysalis is that she’s very VERY durable. Pharynx also only has racial abilities that Chrysalis can likely match one-for-one, meaning his go-to offensive technique of turning into something large won’t work.

How so? Chrysalis’ greatest shown feat was beating Celestia while unfairly roided out on love magic, and Pharynx is a trained warrior who presumably got a magical upgrade upon being promoted to an antler changeling/leader changeling among the new designs.
 
If anyone among the changelings could be a match for cheeselegs, it’s probably Pharynx.
