What was Starbucks thinking when they made them that limited? When a product sells out that fast, it’s a sign there is demand for it. But Starbucks just completely ignored that demand and never released them ever again.

wow I am never going to starbucks again

As SF writer i think, what happen next…  
At split of second Starlight got badly hurt, she start to cast a spell to defend her.  
Next she dies before she activate that spell.  
But what happen with that energy of unknown origin what she have grabbed for casting that spell?  
If it offload wildly, then some blocks of houses will be destroyed and hunderds of people will dead. We know Starlight’s magical capacity.  
So dont do experiments like this.

As long as it tastes decently, you know, those ponies can’t go to waste into uselessness after the show ends!

Yes, except that it’s almost 3 years at this point and some people still won’t accept her now, which is getting annoying.

Some hate her for almost destroying the timeline/Equestria, and almost tearing the paper spell so it can’t be undone by Twi’, but they forget it was unintentionally. She just wanted revenge on Twi’, and didn’t realize messing with time would cause so much trouble. She was basically in denial, but she did show worry, (and fear when being shown the wasteland timeline) which is why she gave up, and turned herself over to Twi’, willing to accept any punishment.
 
Some feel she “got off too easily” compared to characters like Luna, Sunset, Discord, ect., (especially sense almost destroying everything is worse then they did, but granted they fixed the timeline, so it never happens anyways) but she was actually the only “villain” whom gave up by her own willingness, accepted her mistakes were her fault, and was willing to pay for them.  
She didn’t have to be threatened to turn to stone if she didn’t behave, or magically brainwashed by a rainbow of power into being nice like the others.
 
Some also feel she’s a “Su” for being accepted by other characters, but she’s not perfect, and makes mistakes she has to fix.  
She’s also had some bad things happen to her, (like being scolded by Mrs. Cake, being trolled by Discord, ect.) So it’s not like nothing bad ever happens to her.

I know, however why must they still hate on her, especially of what she did in season 5, the main reason why did it, was because her only friend abandoned her when she was only a child (filly), which I actually blame Sunburst, not Starlight, and in her defense, she didn’t fully understand what friendship is, and in the end, she’s ready to accept any punishment she gets, which she did; she was doing community service by learning friendship.
