Upright: Authority, father-figure, structure, solid foundation
Reversed: Domination, excessive control, rigidity, inflexibility
Similar to the Empress, alicorn body for this guy. Truth to be told, I originally thought about giving this guy a fire like motif, but realized how much he started looing like the previous arcana, so I just redid the mane into a lightning design and colors. I imagine this guy at least towering most of ordinary ponies.
